SAFE Note
In exchange of $120.000,00 Pre-Seed investment, we invest through a SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) via our SPV, meaning you receive cash now and we receive up to 5.5% equity later when your next funding round happens—so you get funding today, which converts into equity at your next priced round subject to a valuation cap.
The foregoing terms are offered solely to companies duly incorporated in the United States. Startups not currently U.S.-incorporated is required to complete U.S. incorporation by the end of the program as a condition to receiving and/or executing the SAFE.
Equity Collectable Agreement
In exchange of accelerator program, we get equity through a Equity Collectable Agreement, meaning you receive support and we receive up 2.25% equity as you start the program—so you get support today, which converts into equity. valuation cap.
